A former high-ranked security official shoot his lover in Inner Mongolia

March 20, Li-ping Zhao, the former public security department director of Inner Mogolia, who serviced this position from 2005 until July, 2012, killed a woman aged 28, who undertakes the clothing business. It's said that theyve been lovers for several years. The reason of this killing is still under investigation, though police insiders said she was killed due to her trying to disclose some of his illegal performs when servicing his duty.
